Perales Consulting Group Awarded Subcontract in Support of Enhanced Polar System Control and Planning Segment
Benson, Ariz., Mar. 29, 2013 – Perales Consulting Group, LLC (PCG), a Benson, Ariz.-based company, has been awarded a subcontract from prime contractor Northrop Grumman Corporation’s (NYSE: NOC) Information Systems sector to perform work on the Enhanced Polar System Control and Planning Segment (EPS CAPS) contract.
EPS CAPS is a U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center contract that provides space-enabled, secure communications capabilities to polar users in support of national objectives. The system provides telemetry and control, mission planning, and crypto planning for the EPS payload. PCG’s subcontractor role, as part of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) effort, will be to develop technical manuals and training courses from PCG’s headquarters in Benson, Ariz., and in Colorado Springs, Colo. The work will be part of Northrop Grumman’s overall engineering integration and test support, CAPS design and development of hardware and software, deployment, and interim contractor support.
