President/CEO

Prior to founding PCG, Wayne spent 20 years working with government customers, specifically in program management, ILS engineering and management, and training development. Wayne performed and managed defense system engineering tasks that included reliability and maintainability, ergonomics, safety, mechanical, logistics, and testing development.

As a program manager, Wayne was responsible for profit and loss on business area contracts, with oversight of cost, schedule, and data management, as well as proposal support. He also negotiated and managed commercial contracts that required the installation, testing, licensing, and commissioning of satellite terminals.

Wayne was the program manager of a modernization subcontract for the US Army that provided the electrical, mechanical, and structural design production, the integration of racks, cables, vans, and mechanical components, and the first article/production acceptance testing.

Wayne managed an ILS department that performed logistics support analysis and provisioning tasks for life-cycle support of DoD Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) systems and equipment in accordance with contract requirements and military standards. His team prepared and delivered Provisioning Technical Documentation consistent with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and Data Item Descriptions (DID).

As ILS Manager for high-profile Air Force programs, Wayne was responsible for logistic support, field support, and design interface in the areas of reliability, human engineering and safety, maintenance planning, facilities requirements, provisioning, technical documentation, and training development. He managed the implementation and development of operations, maintenance, and programming courses in accordance with the Instructional System Development process.

While in the Air Force, Wayne achieved Master Instructor status teaching SATCOM to military personnel.

Dwight Rixman

Lead Training Developer

Dwight has more than 20 years of experience in military SATCOM. His expertise includes network control and earth terminal operations, maintenance, repair, training, and ILS. Dwight also has 3 years of experience in managing software development projects. In this role, he coordinated and scheduled software development, test, implementation, and support activities, and coordinated the procurement, installation, test, and support of midrange hardware systems. Since joining PCG in 2010, Dwight has been developing ILS work products for commercial and government contractors. His projects include logistics planning and the development of technical documentation and training products.

Maria Eichmann

Technical Documentation Manager

Maria has 25 years of experience in the defense industry, first as a General Schedule (GS) employee and later as a defense contractor. Her expertise is in technical writing and editing, specifically for military intelligence, joint interoperability testing, and SATCOM. She has an international background, having studied and worked overseas for many years. Since joining Perales Consulting Group in 2012, she has been writing technical manuals and other documentation and has been managing various aspects of day-to-day business activities, such as human resources, security, and general office administration.
